Went in to get some links taken out from a collectors edition omega my boss gave me and I was greeted warmly at the door. Amy helped size my watch perfectly. Very professional and made me feel right at home! I will be back as my collection grows! Thanks!

Glad I found this picture on one of the previous reviews of Omega since I didn't get her name. This lady flat out ignored us when we walked into this store. If you look at my reviews, I don't have very many as I only write about exceptional experiences or terrible experiences. Well this was a very terrible experience. Walked in excited to buy an Omega watch from an actual store location since I've only bought from authorized dealers and wasn't even greeted. The other guy was helping assist another customer so that's understandable but this girl was literally just standing there not helping anyone. I was there for 5 minutes looking around and not a single Can I assist you" or "Welcome" I was honestly very upset and walked out. Won't be back to this store. If you want great service

I’ve purchased new, previously owned watches and have had 3 watches repaired. ZBWatches prices on watches and repairs are better than I can find locally and within the U. S. I live in Virginia and I gladly purchase and ship to them. You can’t find a better business and a more honest staff.

Bought two watches today from Alex! My family and I got two heirlooms and we couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Alex was so patient with me throughout the process and he even had George train me on all of features and technical functions. The pairing of George and Alex was awesome and I couldn’t ask for a better experience from such a great watch brand. I am a watch collector having 22 wrist ornament in my collection ranging from seikos to Breitlings tudors Rolex and of course Omegas. Unfortunately I have not bought any of my omegas from this store as I travel around the world collecting watches but I always come to this store to get my Omega sized to my wrist as if a gentlemen would get a custom suit sized perfectly to fit like it was painted on. The reason for this is my home base is San Antonio, and the only man I’ll let my Omega timepieces sized is by Jorge Carmenaty. He is truly a master of his craft and gives customers or potential customers that walk into his store with the utmost care and attention that makes you feel like a million bucks when you walk out. Jorge thank you! Just had my 4th omega speedy Safire sandwich sized perfectly to my wrist, and your professionalism and knowledge of horology is most appreciated by this watch addict. When you purchase luxury goods, you expect to have a luxury experience. I was in San Antonio for a conference, wandered into the Omega Boutique, and was blown away by their professionalism and knowledge! The sales associate, Cheyenne Maestas, and the boutique manager Amy Scott were exceptional! If you are looking for a luxury experience, this is the place!

What a great first experience. Went in not thinking the watch I was looking for would be there and lo and behold it was there. I worked with Mary and she was friendly inviting and most importantly knowledgable on Omega Watches. I went back about a month later to pick up a watch band I also ordered and as expected great service and help. Amy switched my watch band and was a pleasure to work with as well. Great team, and a great selection at this Boutique. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and work with this team again.

Tiene relojes de gran calidad, de muchas marcas, tanto reconocidas como independientes. Llevé mi reloj Tissot y mi Timex Marlin edición limitada y la verdad hicieron un gran trabajo. Me vendieron una correa azul excelente de cuero, de patrón de cocodrilo que le quedó increíble a mi Tissot. Y mi Marlin lo llevé porque mis hijas se habían parado en él y le rompieron el cristal. Ambos trabajos los hicieron muy rápido y no tengo ninguna queja, la verdad. Como mi Tissot ya necesita un cambio de batería otra vez, lo voy a llevar con ellos esta semana! El gerente de la tienda es amable y se ve que es muy bueno en lo que hace! Gracias!!
